Finally. 
This drawing has been sitting in various stages of completion on my drawing desk for months, because I've either been really busy or suffering from artist's block. Of the...what, fifteen-ish hours I spent on this revision alone (yes, there were versions before it that died miserably...I tell you, I cannot draw consistently and don't practice much at all) a good portion of that time was spent staring at the page thinking of ideas. XD
'Tis been a while since my last decent drawing, and I'm happy to see that I've improved some.
Still, any and all tips are welcome.
Anyway, this is Deidara and my OC, Pepper, enjoying the sweet sound of explosions in the night sky.
